The DSV-CF Series tensioner features high-speed closed loop servo tensioners, with maximum wire feeding speed of 25 meters per second.
The combination of a built-n Adaptive Speed Control Software and high speed/torque DC servo motor provides fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wide tension range for high -speed precision winding.
The series operates with DC48V power supply, and comes with a two - stage tension setting and wire breakage detection.
Its selective optional functions are real time tension measurement & display system
