The cage pulley, also known as non-torque pulley, is used in instances where are radical changes in directions and prevents wire jumping during winding process.These Ceramic Cage Pulleys are made of fine ceramic (Alumina AI2103), with their surfaces polished to ultra-fine Ra0.2 finish. There is a high-speed precision bearing within the ceramic roller which keeps the sliding distance between the enameled wire and the roller below 0.2mm, so as to protect the coating of the wire and to maintain the stability of the wire tension.
