Closed Loop Tensioners

Closed Loop Tensioners are basically used t track the tension reading and count in any instrument. These machines are very reliable when it comes to be used as closed loop instrument and control systems. It serves the interfacing with PLC and also provides the current needed to the hysteresis brake. These have digital representation of the readings and are made up of strong and non corrosive surface of stainless steel which is well painted and galvanized. Apart from the tension count the machine also indicates the time for which tension is running through. Closed Loop Tensioners are also equipped with alarms which alerts the user when the preset tension exceeds.
