This series features high speed closed loop servo tensioners with a maximum wire-feeding speed of 15 meters per second. Its high-speed/high torque DC servo motor and built-in Adaptive Speed Control Software provides fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wider tension range for high-speed precision winding. Suitable for high speed precision winding, improve winding efficiency and coil quality.

Advantages :

Please choose the tension rod and spring suitable for the tension value to use;
Do not touch the transmission and rotating parts and block the tension rod when using the tensioner;
Do not let the tensioner drop or be damaged by strong impact;
Adjust the tension value according to the need, and select the appropriate model specification.
