Product Description

The Magnetic Tensioner NMA/MTA series (with tension release function) uses permanent magnets to control tension strength by varying the gap in between the magnets and the main tension wheel. The non-contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent and precise tension.

The NMA/MTA series comes with a Tension Release Mechanism to assist in special operation processes such as low tension termination, wire hooking, etc.The main Pulley's latest improved and upgraded design eliminated wire jumps and jams to ensure smooth winding.

Mounting of wire break detection switch also been re-designed to improve its lifespan. NMA/MTA Tensioners come with back tension adjustments and wire breakage detection switch; are suitable for wide range of winding applications.
