Round Type Enamel Wire Stripper (EWS 05-50)

Product Description

The EWS 05-50 will strip many Film Insulation including Enamel, Varnish etc., fora range of wire sizes between 0.5 to 5.0 mm. Using a high speed rotary stripping insert, which is precisely adjustable to match the diameter of the bare conductor, surface insulation is easily removed. The insert is held in a special adjustable chuck assembly which, when locked in position, allows precise repetitive stripping without risk of damage to the conductor.

4 Conical Stripping Insert provided along with the Stripper suitable for different wire sizes. Insert No.1 = 0.5 -0.8 mm; Insert No.2 = 0.8 to 1.5 mm; And Optional ( Insert No. 3 = 2 mm; Insert No.4 = 1.5 to 3.0 mm; Insert No.5=3 mm to 5 mm 

SIMPLE SET UPS AND STRIPPING OPERATION : 

• Insert the wire stopper to collate and adjust the stopper according to your application for unique length of wire stripping
  
• Loosen the Chuck Assembly with the two wrenches provided.
  
• Place Stripping Insert into the chuck and hand tighten.
  
• Place the work piece into the insert and tighten the Chuck Assembly with the wrenches provided so that the insert closes but the work piece can still be removed.
  
• Remove the work piece and start the EWS 05-50.
  
• Strip the wire by pushing into the Stripping Insert and remove to examine.
  
• If insulation is not completely removed switch off EWS 05-50, tighten Chuck Assembly and repeat stripping operation.
